Nested between the peaks of the Lepontine Alps, Alpe Devero is a

The basin of Alpe Devero is on the upper end of Antigorio Valley - in the municipality
of Baceno - Province of Verbania. Embedded within the Regional Park
of Veglia-Devero, this part of the Alps is subject to environmental
rules protecting its pristine beauty and timeless character. A mountain
made for the human, where are countless opportunities to be in direct
contact with the uncontaminated nature.
Under the peaks of Cervandone - Sherbadung (3211 m), Rossa - Rothorn(2888 m)
and Crampiolo - Crampiolhorn (3120 m), Alpe Devero is one of the most majestic
scenarios in the Western Alps. The circulation of cars is prohibited everywhere
inside the Alp, where you can move only on foot or by bicycle. |
